2017 | Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers (APCC)

This year at the Contact Center Association in Portugal Awards, Teleperformance in Portugal won a gold medal in partnership with the WiZink project and a silver medal with another client in the banking industry. In addition, Teleperformance in Portugal was awarded a silver medal with a partner in the telecommunications industry.

In 2017 Teleperformance in Portugal was distinguished by Contact Center World association as the Best Customer Service Provider in the World (Large Outsourced), after being recognized on the same category for EMEA region.
